Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Elden Studios Company for using Isharo. By signing in to Isharo or using it, you agree to them. If you use Isharo for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you're allowed to. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

Who we are

The service

Isharo helps businesses post on social media. In your Isharo console you set up your business, add your own photos and videos, see the posts we make for you, approve them or send them back with a note, choose when they go out, and see how they did. Isharo publishes the posts you approve to the social media accounts you connect.

• Nothing goes out without your yes. A post is published only when you, or someone you've added to your business, approves it or schedules it.
• What we don't promise. We don't promise any number of followers, views, likes, customers or sales. Results depend on many things we don't control.
• Your content. You're responsible for what you upload and for every post you approve or schedule. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the photos, videos, logos, names, music and other brand material you give us, including the faces and voices of people in them.
• You keep what's yours. Your photos, videos and brand material stay yours. You let us use them only to provide Isharo to you: to store them, make posts from them, and publish those posts to your accounts.
• Posts we make for you. Once a post made for you is approved, you may use it for your business, on any channel, also after you stop using Isharo.
• What stays ours. Isharo itself, and our templates, tools, styles, methods and know-how, stay ours, and we may use them for other clients. We never use your photos, videos or brand details for anyone else.

Your account and signing in

• You sign in with Google, or with a one-time code we send to your email. Signing in for the first time creates your account.
• Each account is for one person. Don't share it. To let a colleague help, add them to your business in the console, so they sign in as themselves.
• Keep your email account and Google account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in to Isharo. If you think someone else has signed in as you, tell us at once.
• You must be 18 or older, and the details you give us must be true.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk, or is used for abuse. Where we can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.

Connected social media accounts

• When you connect an account (for example Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X or YouTube), you allow Isharo to publish the posts you've approved or scheduled to that account for you, and to read how they did. You confirm you're allowed to manage that account.
• Each platform's own terms and rules also apply, and your posts must follow them.
• Platforms can change, limit or stop what they let Isharo do, remove posts, or restrict accounts. We'll do our best to keep Isharo working, but we aren't responsible for a platform's outages, decisions or changes.
• You can disconnect any account at any time on the Accounts page, or from the platform itself.

Plans and payment

• Isharo is a paid service with monthly plans. Each plan's price and what it includes are shown before you buy.
• Payments are handled by Moyasar, our payment provider. We don't see or store your card number.
• Plans are billed monthly in advance. VAT is added where it applies and shown on your invoice.
• Your plan renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your console. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you can keep using Isharo until then.
• We give refunds where the consumer protection rules of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia require them. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us and we'll look into it.
• Some plans include a number of requests to the studio each month. The count starts again each billing month, and unused requests don't carry over.
• If a payment fails, we'll tell you, and we may pause your plan until it's paid.
• If we change a plan's price, we'll email you before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

Acceptable use

Don't use Isharo to make, upload or publish anything that:

• is illegal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or where it's published;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, violent or sexual;
• is false or misleading, including claims about your products, prices or health;
• uses someone else's work, trademark, name, photo or voice without permission;
• is spam;
• pretends to be a person, business or brand you don't represent.

Don't try to see other businesses' data, break or overload Isharo, or get around its limits. We may refuse to make or publish a post that breaks these rules, and remove it from Isharo.

Content made with AI

We use AI services to help plan, write and make posts, including generated video. AI can make mistakes: a wrong fact, odd wording, or a picture that isn't quite right. That's why every post waits for your approval. Check each post before you approve or schedule it. Once you do, it goes out as your post.

Availability and changes to Isharo

We work to keep Isharo running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted: maintenance, problems with the services we rely on, or changes by the platforms can stop it for a time. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something that matters to your plan, we'll tell you first.

Ending your use and deleting your data

• You can stop at any time: cancel your plan, and ask us to delete your data.
• We may end your use of Isharo if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you first.
• If we stop offering Isharo, we'll tell you in advance and refund the unused part of any month you've paid for.
• When your use ends, we delete your business and everything in it as our Privacy Policy explains. See how to delete your data.

Our responsibility to you

• We provide Isharo with reasonable care and skill.
• We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, for lost profits, sales, business or followers, or for problems caused by the platforms, by content you gave us or approved, or by events outside our reasonable control.
• Our total responsibility to you for anything to do with Isharo is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim.
• If someone makes a claim against us because of content you gave us or approved in breach of these terms, you'll help us deal with it and cover the reasonable costs it causes us.
• Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that can't be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute goes to the competent courts in Riyadh. If something goes wrong, please write to us first: most things can be sorted out quickly.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date. If a change matters, we'll tell clients by email before it applies. If you don't agree with it, you can cancel before then.
